Impact Payments is currently looking for a Head of Culture who would report to the CEO and CFO. The Head of Culture is responsible for everything that defines Impact Payments’ culture and core values. With this mandate, this role focuses on providing an empowering and enriching environment for team members and clients through ensuring service and support needs are met at all times.
Functional Responsibilities
- Aligns departments and team members with Impact Payments’ mission, vision and core values
- Act as a liaison between team members and the executive team
- Champion big wins across company communications, ensuring all team members feel included and seen
- Initiate, plan, organize and manage team-building events, and retreats
- Evaluates the relationship between these initiatives and its impact on team productivity and communication
- Managing calendar of team and VIM important dates (birthday’s, anniversaries) and initiate recognition efforts on identified dates
- Act as the “first point of contact” for new hires, partners or team members to begin the onboarding process and connecting them to the appropriate departments to get access to platforms, setting dates for meetings and trainings
- Goes through Misc. tickets and re-assigns for completion
Qualifications
- Well developed understanding of Impact Payments business, team members and processes
- Thorough understanding of internal documents and files to be a centralized source of reference for stakeholders, both internal and external
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem solving
- Outstanding work ethic and commitment to working with others
- Effective decision making skills
