Peter
Peter has spent more than 20 years in the electronic payments industry. What drives him most is helping clients preserve and protect their greatest asset—their cash flow and ability to generate income.
He founded Impact Payments in 2018, and he and Luciana joined forces to grow the company together. Over the course of his career, Peter has worked with more than 7,000 businesses and is passionate about creating true win-win-win opportunities: clients win by reducing costs and keeping more of what’s theirs; team members win by building residual income and long-term financial security; and referral partners win by extending trusted services to their networks while strengthening their own credibility as business owners.
Peter’s greatest value lies in bringing transparency and integrity to a complex industry. In a space often marked by questionable practices, he takes pride in leading with honesty and doing what is right—always with the collective goal of delivering an exceptional payment processing experience.
Outside of business, Peter enjoys intense workouts, trail running in the mountains, and spending time outdoors with his family. He and his wife, Joy, have two loving children, with a new baby on the way, and share their adventures with their sweet five-year-old goldendoodle, Sedona.
Luciana
After successfully building a payments company as a solopreneur and experiencing the benefits of residual income, Luciana was driven to create something even greater. A few years ago, she joined forces with Peter, and together they have focused on helping businesses succeed while coaching their sales team to build passive income and achieve true time and financial freedom.
Luciana brings over 15 years of experience in the credit card processing industry, fueled by a deep passion for building residual income and time freedom—for herself, her clients, and her team. Throughout her career, she has helped thousands of businesses protect and maximize their most valuable asset: their cash flow.
What gives Luciana purpose is partnering with clients to understand their vision and play an active role in bringing it to life. She is known for never compromising her values, going the extra mile, and ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and fully advocated for. Her work is rooted in service and a commitment to collaborating with like-minded individuals who are passionate about helping businesses grow.


Lisa
Lisa is an executive operations and communications leader with over a decade of experience building scalable organizations at the intersection of payments, consulting, marketing, and public-interest work. She currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Impact Payments LLC, where she oversees operational strategy, internal systems, and cross-functional execution for a growing payments organization focused on transparency, efficiency, and merchant success.
Since joining Impact Payments in 2024, Lisa has played a key role in strengthening internal infrastructure, improving process alignment, and supporting the company’s growth trajectory. Known for her ability to connect strategy with execution, Lisa brings a systems-driven, people-focused approach to leadership.
Lisa is also a registered yoga teacher and has traveled all over Southeast Asia (in a different lifetime). Nowadays, Lisa lives in Toronto, Canada with her beautiful son and husband and enjoys exercise, yoga and exploring new parts of the city around her.
Rebekah
Rebekah has spent four years with the business in the Ongoing Customer Success and Installation departments. She values joy, progress, and positivity in everything she does. Goal-oriented and achievement-driven, she believes that a positive mindset and meaningful experiences create lasting outcomes and strong relationships. She approaches each day with intention and attention to detail, focusing on growth, clear communication, and creating supportive experiences for both clients and colleagues.
Throughout her time with the company, Rebekah has played a key role in strengthening internal processes, improving onboarding experiences, and ensuring clients feel confident and supported from installation through ongoing support. Her ability to bridge communication between departments has helped create smoother workflows and stronger collaboration across the team.
Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys traveling, spending time with her spouse, and seeking new adventures. Originally from Oahu, Hawaii, she feels most at home outdoors. On weekends and holidays, you can find her beach hopping along the coastline or playing card games tucked away inland. She uses her time off to stay grounded and to create space for the things that bring her joy.


Maribeth
Maribeth Ruehlmann is the kind of person who makes every interaction feel effortless — and for the customers she serves at Impact Payments, that’s not an accident. It’s simply who she is.
With more than three years at Impact Payments and a career spanning over two decades in customer-facing roles, Maribeth brings a rare combination of deep operational expertise and genuine warmth to every conversation.
Before joining Impact Payments, Maribeth held roles spanning executive-level administration, service coordination, inside sales, IT recruiting, and small business operations — including a pivotal role helping launch three separate businesses on a Kentucky horse farm. A natural people person to her core, Maribeth has spent her career building trust — with customers, colleagues, and the organizations she serves.
Maribeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Mundelein College, Chicago.
